Blue Lake Root Tabs are designed to provide 8 essential nutrients directly to the roots of your aquatic plants. With a perfect blend of minerals and nutrients, these tabs ensure your plants thrive and your aquarium looks stunning.

Insert each capsule deep into substrate with tweezers near the base of rooted plant 5-6 inches apart.  Suggested starting dosage 10-20 Gals 3 Tabs, 30-50 Gals 4-6 Tabs, 75-100 Gals 8-10 Tabs. Check water chemistry regularly, decrease or increase as needed. Replace capsules after 1-2 months.Use in tanks with at least 1-1/2 inch of substrate. Insert capsules deeply into substrate or they will float. Recommended for tanks over 10 gallons. Maintain weekly water changes and chemistry testing.
